By accessing or using Invoice Folder ("the App") at invoicefolder.jorzier.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Jorzier ("we", "us", "our"), the independent operator of the App.
Invoice Folder helps users build service summaries, procedures, terms and invoices, and track project checklists. Signed-in users' data is stored privately in their own Google Drive Application Data folder. Supabase is used only for sign-in and to hold an account record (name and email). A no-account guest mode is also offered, which stores nothing on any server and keeps work only in your browser. The App is provided as-is for personal and business document use.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older. The App is not directed at, and we do not knowingly process the data of, anyone under 18, reflecting the treatment of a "child" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all content you enter. Your data is stored in your personal Google Drive Application Data folder and is never transmitted to our servers — only you and the App can access it. The App's Drive access is strictly scoped to its own dedicated, hidden folder; we cannot read, list or modify any other file in your Drive (see Privacy Policy, Section 5). We claim no ownership of your data. You can permanently delete any project or your whole account from within the App, and export any project or section as a file at any time.
Important: Invoice Folder is a document-building tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. The invoices, scopes and terms you create are your own; you are responsible for their accuracy, legality and tax treatment in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional where needed. We are not responsible for any agreement you enter into or decision you make based on documents created with the App.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure; that data will not be lost or corrupted; or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own risk, and we recommend keeping your own backup of important documents (use Save / Export).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jorzier and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Use of these services through the App is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party providers' practices.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice, change features, or impose limits. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We may update these Terms; on changes we update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Jorzier regarding the App.
